Guayanilla, PR and lived in
Hormigueros, Puerto Rico, died April 15,
2005 in Tikrit, Iraq, when a
mortar struck her forward operating base. Ramirez Gonzalez wasof Hormigueros,
Puerto Rico, of the Fort Stewart-based 3rd Infantry Division assigned to the 3rd
Brigade Troop Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga.
Ramirez Gonzalez became the third Puerto Rican woman to die in the Iraq war. it
was the third time she went to Iraq.
