39 of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, died May 31, 2005
in Baghdad, Iraq, when an enemy rocket impacted near his position.
Ramos was assigned to the Army Reserve's 807th Signal Company,
35th Signal Battalion, Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.
